Janet Bavas - President - Aspire Technologies has over 18 years of experience in business management, the hospitality industry, marketing, sales, corporate training and technology. 

She started her career in hospitality management and sales with Hyatt Hotels (5 years) and Sheraton Hotels (2 years). At 22 years old, Janet worked days in hotel sales, catering and executive management and evenings in education as a Business/Computer Instructor for South Jersey area business schools. She was recognized in the 90's for her work and dedication in cooperative education for inner city high school students of Camden, NJ by Pennsauken High School. Janet grew up a small town in South Jersey called Blenheim. Her father, Robert was a Pipefitter for Coastal Oil and her mom was a Banquet Captain for Hyatt Hotels and several Atlantic City resorts. They worked lots of overtime to give a better life to her 6 brothers and sisters. As a teenager Janet wanted to be a rockstar or makeup artist. She got in law from a car accident when she was 10 and used money from that to put herself through college. Shortly after graduating, the tech boom hit and she enjoyed making business changes and increasing productivity with use of technology. She was always the "computer and technology superstar" where she worked.

In the 90's she moved to corporate training of Microsoft applications on the basic to advanced levels.  Adding professional development training, Janet has worked as a Corporate Trainer for some of the most prestigious firms and traveled nationwide. Companies included Merck, Johnson & Johnson,  Motorola, Macy's, Philadelphia Eagles & Flyers, Florida Panthers, Salvation Army/The Ray & Joan Kroc Center in San Diego and the Utah Olympic Oval, former host of the Salt Lake Olympics. She loves to travel - favorite places being Paris, Hawaii, Alaska and Ireland. Favorite US Cities - Bar Harbor, La Jolla, Laguna Beach and Seattle.

Janet runs the company she founded with business partner and husband Michael with a $100 investment, now up to 75 clients. Along with sales, project management, art direction and web page design, Janet teaches and is an Instructional Designer. She has taught classes such as Web Design, Flash, Web Writing with popular multimedia applications like Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, along with all the Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook) from beginning to advanced levels. She writes and designs software manuals, quick guides and multimedia rich presentations from analyzing software, managing training used by clients like Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and Merck. She also manages the projects, meets with high level clients to provide outstanding results.
